Deer Creek Ranch
Welcome to

The Chu Family purchased Deer Creek Ranch located in Montgomery, Texas in
May 2004 with dreams of using the ranch as a relaxing getaway
for both family gatherings and future retirement.  The original ranch included 40
rolling acres with amenities such as a 8-stall horse stable, maintenance shop,
three stocked lakes, and a 3000 sq. ft. custom-built
stone home.












Soon after, the Chu Family began hosting large family gatherings and
parties with 100+ people and quickly realized the need for an additional area
for people to sit outside and relax without getting burnt by the hot Texas sun.  
The completion of the 4000 sq. ft. pavillion with a full
working kitchen and restrooms took 6 months to complete and was the perfect
solution.












In Summer 2006, the Chu Family purchased an additional 15 acres adjacent
to the ranch.  This addition included complete ownership of Deer Creek Lane
as well as a 2500 sq. ft. house.  The "Children's House" required extensive
remodeling and was completed in Spring 2007.





                                    





With a number of ongoing projects underway, the Chu Family is looking
forward to the day when they can just hang their hats and relax at the ranch... :)
